Abstract


Corn after long-term directional selection and artificial domestication and cultivation, the basic characteristics of the loss of resistance to stains. The wild relatives of maize teosinte long life in the dark, dank field, save the cultivation of corn does not have the characteristics of resistance to stains, stain-resistant gene rich. Therefore, in teosinte stain resistant gene resources to education to cultivate corn planting new varieties of maize resistant to stains effective way. In this study, maize, teosinte and Their F1 Hybrids as material from the morphological and physiological aspects of resistance to stains and stains recovery capability of research, for the latter teosinte waterlogging transfer education and the cultivation of new materials resistant to stains corn lay the foundation for research results are as follows: 1. 14d waterlogging after treatment, the growth of the tested materials were inhibited, compared with self-control, manifested as reduced leaf area, plant height reduction, root growth retardation and reduced dry matter. Between materials resistant to stains coefficient analysis showed that the waterlogged conditions, resistant to stains teosinte TZ04, TZ11, the leaf area was significantly greater than maize inbred lines, F1 hybrids with corn leaf area were greater than their parents; resistant to stains teosinte TZ04 , TZ11 and plant height was not significantly different inbred lines, F1 hybrids with corn plant height were higher than their parents; resistant to stains teosinte TZ04, TZ11 root growth significantly better than corn inbred lines of maize hybrids with F, root growth were significantly better than maize; resistant to stains teosinte TZ04, TZ11 dry matter was significantly greater than maize, maize F1 hybrids with DM were significantly greater than maize. Waterlogged removed, resistant to stains teosinte TZ04, TZ11 leaf area, plant height, root dry mass and recovery were significantly better than corn, with corn hybrids F1 is between the two parents. On the whole, compared with corn, resistant to stains teosinte TZ04, TZ11 has waterlogged conditions in the ability to grow stronger and stains recovery capabilities, and can be used to transfer education or foster good stain resistance, resilience and strong corn varieties. (2) The 14d waterlogging treatment, physiological characteristics of the tested material changes compared with the self-control, the overall trend showed root activity and chlorophyll SPAD value decreased, soluble sugar content increased. Between materials resistant to stains coefficient analysis showed that the waterlogged conditions, resistant to stains teosinte TZ04, TZ11 root activity was significantly higher than maize inbred lines, F1 hybrids with corn root activity except Mo17 × TZ04 between parents the rest are higher than their parents; resistant to stains teosinte TZ04, TZ11 leaf chlorophyll SPAD values ??were significantly higher in maize inbred lines, F1 hybrids with corn leaf chlorophyll SPAD values ??were between their parents; big stain resistant teosinte TZ04, TZ11 leaf soluble sugar content was significantly higher than that of corn inbred lines of maize hybrids with F1 except Mo17 × TZ11 than parents, the rest are between the two parents. Waterlogged removed, resistant to stains teosinte TZ04, TZ11 and its physiological functions F1 hybrids of maize in a short time and returned to normal levels, maize slow recovery. On the whole, compared with corn, resistant to stains teosinte TZ04, TZ11 waterlogged conditions having a stronger root system viability, chlorophyll synthesis, osmotic adjustment ability and waterlogged after exclusion rapid recovery capabilities, and can be hybridization was transferred to sterile to corn. 3 Integrated morphological and physiological traits cluster analysis showed that waterlogged the end of the test material into highly resistant to stains, more resistant to stains, stain-resistant and resistant to stains moderate four categories, B73 × TZ04 is highly resistant to stains materials, TZ04, TZ11, B73 × TZ11 and B73 × Mex relatively resistant to stains, Mo17 × B73, Mo17 × teosinte and Mex moderately resistant to stains, B73, Mo17 as intolerant stains materials; Waterlogged excluded, according to stains ability to recover after different tested materials can be divided into four categories, which TZ04 resilience best, followed TZ11, Mex, Mo17 × Mex and Mo17 × TZ04, B73 × teosinte, Mo17xTZ11 and maize resilience in general, and Mo17xB73 resilience worst. Comparison results showed that the tested material adversity and waterlogging stress resilience after exclusion has a certain contact, but with relative independence. Comprehensive recovery after waterlogging and stains perspective, TZ04 best performance Maize worst performance.
