The methodology of this paper consists of literature data method, questionnaire survey method, experimental analysis and data statistics test method, etc.. 32 obese men are involved in the test. The changes of these participants’weight, vital capacity, chest circumference, upper-arm circumference, waistline and thigh circumference are respectively recorded before the test, in the fifteen week, and in the last week. The data is compared and analyzed through the professional statistical software SPSS. POMS is also adopted to analyze the influence on the participants’state of mind which is used to prove the intervention of spinning exercise to male obese.By the analysis to the 30- week- test of spinning exercise, the result is concluded as follow:1.The 30–week- test of spinning exercise has a very good effect on all the participants’weight, vital capacity, chest circumference, upper-arm circumference, waistline and thigh circumference. Especially the effect on the weight, vital capacity and waistline is more obvious.2.Spinning exercise can obviously improve the participants’state of mind including ego, vigor and tension.3.Spinning exercise is aerobic exercise. It has a good safety which the exercisers can control the intensity by themselves. 4.Spinning exercise has a positive adjustment on diet, mental condition and sleep.
