Abstract


Drug event of damage caused by adverse drug reactions in recent years gradually increased, due to the special nature of the adverse drug reactions, adverse drug reactions damage compensation mechanism, not through litigation to protect the personal rights of this part of the population, the embodiment of building a harmonious society in China , can also reflect the fairness and equity of the Chinese socialist society. China has yet to adverse drug reaction damage compensation system to legislate this paper, analyzes China's current adverse drug reactions handling mechanism needs attention from adverse drug anti-concept, comparison of adverse drug reactions at home and abroad the advantages and disadvantages of the compensation mechanism, inspired the establishment of the compensation mechanism in China; explore China's adverse drug reaction build up the necessary theoretical basis, and on this basis the proposed design of adverse drug reactions compensation mechanism suitable for China's national conditions.
