Objective: the comparative study FOLF0X4 mFOLFOX6 program efficacy and safety of treatment of advanced gastric cancer . Methods: A retrospective analysis of 64 patients who received FOLFOX4 regimen or mFOLFOX6 of clinical data in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer patients . The FOLFOX4 regimen dose and usage : L-OHP 85mg/m2 D , ivgtt2h , DL ; LV 200mg/m2 d , ivgtt2h , D1 , D2 ; 5- FU 1000mg/m2 d , civ22h , d1 , 2 ; 14 days for one cycle. dosage and usage mFOLFOX6 program : L -OHP 135 mg/m2 d ivgtt2h , d1; LV 400mg / m2 d ivgtt2h d1 ; 5- FU 2600mg/m2 d, civ46h , ; 21 -day cycle . Results : ① FOLFOX4 regimen group median survival time of 10 months , the median time to disease progression 6 months , 1 year survival rate was 27.3% . mFOLFOX6 program group , the median survival time of 10 months , the median time to progression of disease-free 5 months , 1-year survival rate was 22.6% . Was no significant difference between the two groups . ② FOLFOX4 group , 18.2% efficiency , clinical control rate of 97 % , mFOLFOX6 group was 16.1% , clinical control rate was 93.6 % , no significant difference in the two sets of term efficacy . Efficacy stratified analysis , ECOG score of 2 patients reach RR SD the patients mFOLFOX6 group 5 , the FOLFOX4 group for 0 , mFOLFOX6 clinical control rate in FOLFOX4 group , a statistically significant difference , P = 0.014. ( 3 ) adverse reactions , the FOLFOX4 group the incidence of severe liver dysfunction for O, mFOLFOX6 group 16.1% , P = 0.016 , statistically significant , there was no significant difference in the incidence of other adverse reactions . Conclusion: The results of this study show that the FOLFOX4 and mFOLFOX6 of two programs for the treatment of advanced gastric cancer quite two programs can be used for the treatment of advanced gastric cancer in clinical . Efficacy layered contrast , ECOG score of 2 points to clinical the control rate mFOLOFOX6 program than with FOLFOX4 , so ECOG performance status of 2 patients , select mFOLFOX6 program is more appropriate . Adverse reactions , the incidence of severe liver dysfunction FOLFOX4 below mFOLFOX6 program , therefore , for the past appeared impaired liver function , patients with poor liver decompensation , select FOLFOX4 regimen may be more favorable .
