This paper aims to study the vacuum thermal evaporation method with different optical properties of vanadium oxide thin films, experimental films of pure vanadium metal as raw material, the use of a vacuum evaporation method VOx films, and films were prepared by heat treatment of a range of different conditions. In the prepared nanostructures based on the use of modern testing methods for low-dimensional vanadium oxide nanomaterials synthesis, structure and properties of in-depth study on the organization, structure and properties of the correlation analysis of the structure formation and performance optimization the mechanism and laws, and through various experiments and calculations to be further from the mechanism explained these relationships. The main contents and results are as follows: (1) a body-centered cubic structure phase vanadium dioxide new discovery: by vacuum thermal evaporation method on a silicon wafer prepared by a collimator arranged in an array vanadium oxide (quasi-) nanorods, after SAED detailed analysis, we show that these nanorods structure is body-centered cubic structure, in combination with RBS, XPS and EELS other experimental methods, based on our analysis of the chemical composition of these nanorods, and tested nanorods Films such as field emission and photocatalytic properties. (2) Preparation of vanadium pentoxide nanorods: vacuum thermal evaporation to 220 oC vanadium trioxide films annealed in air at 500 oC nanorods obtained vanadium pentoxide, vanadium pentoxide nanorods on The performance test can be found, there is a strong nanorods photoluminescence; also observed that a stable oxygen nanorods sensitivity can be used as a sensor detecting the oxygen concentration. (3) enhancing the optical properties of thin films of vanadium pentoxide: vacuum thermal evaporation to 180 oC vanadium trioxide films annealed in air found that heat treatment process can be changed by changing the concentration of defects in the film, thereby further control the vanadium oxide film optical performance. The optical properties of vanadium pentoxide at room temperature we were, low and variable temperature conditions studied, revealing defects works by changing the concentration of oxygen defects to control the optical properties of the film effect. (4) a strong magnetic field of vanadium oxide nanomaterials growth and performance changes: the magnetic field to the film during the heat treatment for the magnetic field of research, the results found in the magnetic field, the sample of the growth and photoluminescence properties are subject to the affected. Experiments, we found that the larger the influence of the magnetic field, the growth of nanorods more difficult, while the sample after the heat treatment photoluminescence intensity is lower.
