Abstract

Has good unique combination of properties, the organic / inorganic composite nanomaterials in recent years has been widespread concern in catalysis, sensors, optoelectronic devices, nano-biotechnology, gas selectively permeable membrane, as well as energy storage and conversion are very The value of important scientific and industrial applications, people made a lot of work on the development of new nano-structured. In general, the composite material formed by the mixing of the two materials (organic, inorganic or metal). We expect that the combination of organic and inorganic raw materials to be able to offer significant complementary and can not be obtained with a single kind of material properties. The organic / inorganic composite nanomaterials two components are mixed at the nanometer scale, which gives it a unique MORPHOLOGY and improved interface performance, compared with ordinary macro mixed complex show good performance . The effective composite between the nano-materials not only can be achieved between the materials of functional integration, and has the potential to produce a pre-composite nano material itself does not have the special nature. We know that the majority of inorganic nano-particles or fibers poor mechanical properties, is difficult to be processed. Generic polymer nanofibers have excellent flexible processing nature, but the lack of functionality. Therefore, the combination of the two can achieve good nature of the fusion between the polymer and the functional nanomaterials. Further, the two nano-material composite nature have associated together, affect each other due to the electron transfer, and other effects, the two materials, and may also produce a material having more excellent properties. In this thesis, the use of a the electrospinning polarization coating, sol and spin coating technology, and build the organic / inorganic composite micro-nano functional materials. Mainly includes four aspects: first, using electrospinning technology and polarized coating technology, polymer ferrocene composite nanofibers and composite membranes were prepared and their dielectric properties. Second, the combination of electrospinning technique and sol preparation of polymers with inorganic iron oxide magnetic nanoparticles composite nanofibers, and to study the magnetic and dielectric properties. Third, the use of electrospinning technology to prepare polymers with cadmium sulfide composite micro and nano structural materials and polymers and carbon nanotube composite film, and to study their dielectric properties. Fourth, the combination of the sol and the spin coating technique, the composite membrane of the preparation of the polymer with an inorganic semiconductor nano material, and investigated the nature of their fluorescence and the photoelectric conversion properties, and their applications in the solar cell were studied.
