Abstract


Objective:Based on Delphi method and the document study, to form the classification of constitution of the asthma patients and traditional intervention plan by the expert questionnaire survey methed, to form the canonical and standardized children’s constitution classification system and traditional intervention plan which can guide pediatric control of the asthma.Methods:I Document study-Recalling the main paediatric ancient chinese literature and combined with artificial retrieval, computer retrieval, network retrieval methods to consult the literature and modern materials which is on traditional chinese medicine and combination of chinese traditional and western medicine concernjing the classification of constitution of the asthma patients and traditional intervention plan which as evaluation objects.ⅡExpert Survey-Using improved Delphi questionnaire survey methed. In the questionnaires, average, grading, unimportant percentage, coefficient of variation are calculated to statistically analyze the extent and level of coordination of experts’opinion of various indexes.Through two rounds of questionnaire and three times manuscripts, the classification of constitution of the asthma patients and traditional intervention plan is formatted and shall mark recommend that level.Results:212 literatures conformde to requst goal are retrieved by retrieving of nearly 20 years of the chinese journal full-text database (CJFD,1990-2009), aftert researching ancient and modern literatures, turned two rounds of experts questionaire, the cousultation table returns-ratio is 80.00%,91.43% respectively. Integrating expert questionnaire survey results and document retrieval analysis results, held 3 times manuscripts will, ask for pediatricians and our opinions, the classification of constitution of the asthma patients and traditional intervention plan which is scientific,canonical and consistent with the clinical practice is established ultimately.Conclusion:We successfully establish the classification of constitution of the asthma patients and traditional intervention plan based on Delphi method and the document study combined with feedback experts offer opinions and suggestions. Provide a kind of asthma patients constitution subtypes and corresponding traditional intervention plan, enrich the traditional chinese medicine (TCM) theory of constitution, fill the constitutional theory to specific disease prevention and cure research blank, further improved asthma patients daily conservation scheme remission for clinicians, also provide standardization of traditional chinese medicine (TCM) treatment strategies and methods.
