Abstract


Objective:To establish scientific and canonical clinic guide of traditional Chinese medicine for gan by Delphi method. To estimate the role and status of Delphi method in medical research.Methods:I Literature Research-Recalling the main ancient literature of pediatrics of traditional Chinese medicine; drawing the Chinese periodical database on to consult the literature materials concerning expositions and cases of gan, Through literature research, some literatures will be collected since ancient times to modern, including gan TCM diagnosis. typing、therapy、formulas and herbs、etc.ⅡExpert Survey-Using Deliphi questionnaire survey method. In the questionnaires, average, unimportant percentage, grading, coefficient of variation are calculated statistically to analyze the extent and level of coordination of experts’ opinions, and take Through two round of questionnaire, preliminary clinical programe will be submitted, by experts demonstration, the clinic guide of prdiatric gan was formated.Results:284 literatures conformde to request goal are retrieved by CJFD, aftert researching ancient and modern literatures, turned two rounds of experts questionaire, the cousultation table returns-ratio is 77.50%、91.40% respectively. The expertise is centralized in the second round of experts questionaire, then finished consultation. Through Expert Meeting, the clinic guide of traditional Chinese medicine for prdiatric gan which is scientific、canonical and consistent with the clinical practice is established ultimately.Conclusion:We successfully establish the clinic guide of traditional Chinese medicine for prdiatric gan by Delphi method that is a viable and effective way.
