Abstract


Administrative normative documents have long become the basis of administration and thus play an important role in the domain of Chinese administration. At present, however, in comparison with the requirements of legal administration, some normative documents cannot fit into various situations in reality. As a result, post-evaluation of normative documents can be applied to perfecting the formulating mechanism of documents in procedure in order to improve the quality of documents. But in China, research and practice of such system is just in its infancy now, and even worse, research of relative elements of evaluation is grossly deficient. Therefore, the paper elaborates on post-evaluation in terms of its subjects, items, principles, standards, etc. through the analysis of documents such as Post-evaluation Measures of Regulations and Normative Documents of Ministry of Land and Resources and Post-evaluation Measures of Regulations and Legislation of Suzhou Government, and accordingly put forward some preliminary views and suggestions to solve problems in Chinese administrative normative documents.
