Abstract


This paper, based on characteristics of bathing water quality, using representative water quality index, systematically study treatment bathing water by conventional coagulation, diatomite pure enhanced coagulation, Cloth media filter technology and enhanced diatomite pure coagulation / cloth media filter technology.By the coagulation tests stage, results of PAC, Al2(SO43 and FeCl3 in treatment bathing water were studied. Test results showed that: all the best removal rate of these three coagulation of TP, turbidity and SS was higher than 90% , the maximum removal rate of the LAS, CODcr, ammonia nitrogen reached 65%, 30% and 20%, while the best removal rate of TN only 5%. Among them, the removal of PAC and FeCl3 under the same conditions was higher than Al2(SO43, PAC was the best one. Diatomite and compound diatomite pure enhanced coagulation test results showed that all the best removal rate of diatomite enhanced coagulation of TP, turbidity, SS, and LAS was higher than the best 90%, the highest removal rates of CODcr, TN, and ammonia respectively were 77.8,57.8% and 27.7%. The best removal rate of ammonia nitrogen up to 64.3% by diatomite complex coagulation process, but the best removal rate of TN, LAS, and CODcr The best removal rate of decreased by about 10% than diatomite enhanced coagulation. Cloth media filter process test results showed that The removal rate of SS and turbidity of water bath was 17% and 50% by direct filtration; When the water level of cloth media filter was higher than 40cm, the attenuation of water production was decrease; constant pressure filtration is conducive to the stability of filtering effect, water production and filter backwash cycle is proportional, the backwash style of combination surface and internal flushing is the most effective. Diatomite pure enhanced coagulation-cloth media filter test results showed that the removal rate of TP, TN, ammonia nitrogen, CODcr, turbidity, SS, and LAS respectively were 98.3%, 60.9%, 35.6%, 79.9 %, 97.2%, 97.3% and 93.9%, filter 10min, there was dense yellow floc film layer surface of the cloth, so that, the removal rate of TP, TN, ammonia nitrogen, CODcr, turbidity, SS, and LAS respectively increased by 3.1%, 7.9%, 2.1%, 4%, 2.4% and 2.6% compared with diatomite enhanced coagulation; main parameters of the process: the PAC dosage of 150mg / L, the diatomite dosage of 150 mg / L, cloth media filter constant pressure water level of 50cm. the backwashing cycle of 60min,the water production cloth media filter of 1.95t / (m2.h).
