Abstract


In our country’s criminal proceedings, cases involving the crime or implicated in certain cases handled separately to some extent, the phenomenon exists. Legitimate handled separately has its positive significance, but the risk of serious improper handled separately. This paper analyzes handled separately and the proper meaning of the case, police investigation stage demonstrated the phenomenon of improper handled separately and the danger of improperly handled separately described the causes of the phenomenon, on this basis, focusing on the separate case dealing with the legal supervision of the necessary and its system build for a more in-depth study in order to ensure that our country’s criminal investigation phase of the correctness handled separately, to maintain fairness of the law.
