Abstract


With the development of the reform of foundational education, teacher’psychological health by the occupational stress and countermeasure is the new field on persent teacher rsearch.This thesis has introduced and analyzed the teacher’occupational pressure made by scholars and experts from home and abroad.Taking the teachers in SuZhou li Da middle school as research object,the author has made an investigation on teachers’occupational stress and practical research 0n pressure managemwnt,briefly revealing the present situation of teachers’occupational stress ,stress origin,the negative influence on the teachers caused by the occupational stress and stress -solving strategy and effect evaluation.This research has provided certain guiding sense and in theory ang practice carrying on stress rsearch and stress manageInent by educational administration departments,middle schools and individual teachers,especially it has directly guilding senses on individual teachcrs’seIf-reduced stress.The thesis can be divided into the following five parts:The first part is literature research.By learning angd analyzing the history,present situation,contents etc.on the foreign teachers’stress research ,this parts offers theoretical reference fou Chinese teachers’stress research and stress management practice.By combing the relative iterature made by Chinese scholars and experts,this parts sums up the results of the teachers’stress research.The second part is investigation research.This part mainly inspects the present situation of SuZhou li Da middle school and other three Schools teachers’stress, stress origin,the negative influence on the teachers caused by the occupational stress and stress -solving strategy.The third part focusing on the analyzing teachers’stress origin. The tourth part focusing on analyzing the psychological health by the occupational Stress.The fifth part research suggestions.It is believed that teachers’stress management is system project, which involves all kinds of efforts from society, scholls and individual teachers.
