With the development of Motivation Theory, it’s necessary to manage the class using the theory of modern managerial science. Motivation Theory includes reinforcement theory,expectancy theory,goal theory,equity theory,etc. By studying these theories, I realize it’s important to apply the following motivators to manage the class. They are target encouragement, democractic participation encouragement, example encouragement, competition encouragement, rewards and punishment encouragement, emotion encouragement and confidence encouragement, etc. Using the motivators flexibly can arouse students’enthusiasm, go-aheadism and creativity. The reasonable motivation mechanisms can promote the modernization and scientific of class management, improve managerial efficient, form excellent culture, atmosphere and discipline of a class. It’s also good to form students’ability of self-management and self-education. We should also pay attention to the following points. They are varying with each individual, timeliness and right amount, feedbacking information regularly and the fairness doctrine. By analyzing the cases of students in my class, I make every effort to blaze the trail during the study. That is to use motivators while educating and managing the students from divorced families. First, analyze the basic manifestations of these students’psychological problems. Then use the motivators flexibly, and pay attention to the scale while educating. In a word, this article explains what the motivators are and how to use them flexibly. Meanwhile, I can learn more about Motivation Theory and improve the management level and achieve marked results.
