Abstract


Objective:In recent years,poisoning incidents caused by taking traditional Chinese medicine are often reported.Thus the safty of traditional Chinese medicine aroused extensive attention.Wuzhuyu has being applied widely in clinical therapy.On the other hand ,its toxicity is clear.So,whether from a theoretical point of view,or from the perspective of clinical and scientific experiments,the research on the synergia and attenuated compatibal rules of Wuzhuyu is of great significance.We hope to explore the synergia and attenuated compatibal rules through the collation and comprehensive analysis of prescriptions containing Wuzhuyu.Materials and methods:We gather all the prescriptions containing Wuzhuyu from the《Dictionary of Traditional Chinese Medicine Prescription》.After sorting and screening ,we established a database. And then, we make the factor analysis using the methods supplied by SAS 8.1.Results:By the frequency analysis, We can describe frequency characteristics of the drugs that are cooperated with Wuzhuyu.At the same time,we can summarize the types of drugs that are often cooperated with Wuzhuyu.According to the results,we can provide a reference for clinical application.By the factor analysis,we can explore the drugs combination that have great influence on the function of Wuzhuyu.According to the results ,we can provide the basis for the attenuation and synergia rules of Wuzhuyu.Conclusion:Based on the results of frequency analysis and factor analysis and the potency theory of traditional Chinese medicine,we can summarize the compatibal rules:Reduce the toxicity by constrainting Wuzhuyu——using cold to constraint heat;using static to constraint dynamic;using moistness to conquer dryness;etc. Enhance the efficacy by supporting Wuzhuyu——using pungent to support dynamic;using heat to support heat;and so on.
