Abstract


In order to meet the requirements of the modern tourist to the scenic environment and make up for the blank of research on neighboring environment of scenic area, and also to strengthen the exploration and practice to the scenic area planning and development. This paper studies on the main topic---the evaluation of the coordination degree between the scenic zone and its neighboring environment, and selects Sanfangqixiang, Fuzhou as a case on the empirical research. This study establishes coordination degree model based on related articles and with the guidance of Sustainable Development Theory、Landscape Ecology and Authenticity Theory. We obtained the first-hand data for this paper with two methods:the questionnaires and experts interviews. Firstly, this paper defines the scenic zone and the range of its neighboring environment with the related articles. Secondly, through the data analysis we find out the scenic zone and its neighboring environment is at a "more coordination" condition which is based on the secondary development level of the scenic itself. And thirdly, this study proposed the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions to the problems of the scenic zone and its neighboring environment, and summed up the research, analyzed the deficiency so as to provide experience for reference to other research in the field.
