Abstract


Objective:Observation on of jiawei suanzaorentang decoction in treatment of unstable angina and depression and its effects on platelet activation degree of clinical curative effect. Discussion on mechanism of depression in patients with unstable angina.Method:Observed 117 patients with unstable angina, the Hamilton Depression Rating Scale(HAMD,17 item) score>17 is divided into states associated with depression, Unstable angina is divided into simple group(non-depression group)60; group of unstable angina and depression(depression group) in 57 cases, comparing two groups with serum platelet-globulin(β-TG). Including depression group were randomly divided into treatment group (28 cases) and test group (29 cases), were treated with conventional treatment and joint Jiawei Suanzaorentang treatment.4 weeks of treatment, observation points before and after treatment in patients with clinical symptoms, HAMD depression scale score, and serum total ischemia burden platelet globulin (p-TG) concentration.Results:1. Depression groupβ-TG concentration of groups and non-statistically significant differences(P<0.05), higher than non-depressed depression group.2. An After treatment, treatment and control groups of traditional Chinese medicine symptom score difference statistically (P<0.05), the treatment group scoring lower than the control group. Treatment and control groups after treatment HAMD scores statistically significant differences (P<0.05), the treatment group than the control group. HAMD 4 factor analysis of them, sleep disorders, emotional indifference and after physical therapy in the treatment group scoring lower than the control group (P<0.05).3. Comparison of total load of myocardial ischemia after treatment, the treatment group is lower than the control group, statistically significant differences(P<0.05).4. After therapy, treatment of groupβ-TG concentrations lower than the control group, statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.β-TG concentrations in unstable angina patients with depression than simple UA patients.2. Jiawei suanzaorentang treatment can significantly improve the state of unstable angina pectoris in patients with depressive symptoms, better than conventional treatment. Factors which HAMD 4 sleep disorder, physical impairment and apathy effect is significant.3. Jiawei suanzaorentang decoction can reduce the total load in patients with myocardial ischemia, is superior to conventional treatment.4. Jiawei suanzaorentang decoction in treating can be significantly reduced with serum concentration ofβ-TG in patients with depression.
