Objective:To use Jiaweisuanzaorentang decoction unstable angina pectoris merger depressive state of the clinical observation and the influence of Interleukin-17, in order to discuss the mechanism.Methods:117 cases hospitalized patients with unstable angina pectoris, applied HAMD, divided into the not depressed state group 60 patients, depression group 57 patients, detect Interleukin-17. Depression groups at random into two groups, contrast group of 28 patients, applied unstable angina routine treatment.Test group of 29 patients applied unstable angina routine treatment with jiaweisuanzaorentang. TCM symptom scores, total ischemia burden, Hamilton depression rating scale and Interleukin-17 were observed before and after treatment.Results:IBefore treatment depression group’s Interleukin-17 levels is higher than the Not depressed state group, P< 0.05, have a statistical significance.2Clinical curative effects:①TCM symptoms scores:After treatment, the TCM symptoms score of test group drops compared with before treatment, P< 0.05,have a statistically significant. The TCM symptoms scores of test group after treatment is better than contrast group, P< 0.05, have a statistically significant.②Total ischemia burden:After treatment, the total ischemia burden of test group drops compared with before treatment, P<0.05,have a statistically significant. The total ischemia burden of test group after treatment is better than contrast group, P<0.05, have a statistically significant.③Depressive state:After treatment, the Hamilton depression rating scale of test group drops compared with before treatment, P<0.05,have a statistically significant. The Hamilton depression rating scale of test group after treatment is better than contrast group, P<0.05, have a statistically significant.④Interleukin-17:After treatment, the Interleukin-17 of test group drops compared with before treatment, P< 0.05,have a statistically significant. The Interleukin-17 of test group after treatment is better than contrast group, P< 0.05, have a statistically significant.Conclusion:1 Unstable angina pectoris patients with depression state’s IL-17 level is obviously higher than not associated with depressive state of unstable angina pectoris.2 Jiaweisuanzaorentang can significantly improve symptoms.3 Jiaweisuanzaorentang can against ischemic function, reduce the total ischemia burden.4 Jiaweisuanzaorentang can improve depressive state, reduce the Hamilton depression rating scale.5 Jiaweisuanzaorentang reduce Interleukin-17 level, restrain inflammation.
