Abstract


Objective: To investigate flavored the berberine Wendan with Coronary heart disease with unstable angina of coronary heart disease ( phlegm each junction ) plasma homocysteine ??levels and lipid levels and its clinical efficacy in patients with : standard unstable angina patients , 60 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group , 30 cases in each . The treatment group received routine western medicine and flavored berberine Wendantang control group treated with conventional treatment , plasma homocysteine ??and lipid levels were observed before and after treatment , the clinical symptom score change . Treatment for 4 weeks. Results: 1 . Homocysteine ??: the treatment group compared with the control group significantly reduced P LT ; 0.01 , statistically significant . Lipids : the treatment group TG TC LDL - C than the control group significantly reduced P LT ; 0.01 , HDL - C was significantly elevated P LT ; 0.01 , statistically significant . 3 of angina symptoms efficiency: the treatment group ( 86.67% ) compared with the control group ( 60.00% ) P lt ; 0.05 , statistically significant . Nitroglycerin stopped : the treatment group ( 83.33% ) and the control group ( 60.00% ) P lt ; 0.05 , statistically significant . Conclusion: 1 . The Modified berberine Wendantang can reduce unstable angina ( phlegm each junction ) in patients with plasma homocysteine ??levels and improve blood lipids , which TG.LDL-C.TC levels were significantly lower , HDL -C levels . Effect of berberine Wendantang can ease unstable angina ( phlegm each junction ) in patients with symptoms of angina and its card Hou .
