Abstract


Purpose: the the injection Shuxuetong rat adjuvant arthritis treatment effect observed in the adjuvant arthritis model based on its model of serum TNF-a, IL-detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay 1, IL-4 expression, and to explore the mechanism of action. : ⑴ select 24 Wister female rats were randomly divided into three groups: made modules, Shuxuetong injection treatment group, dexamethasone injection group. Each rat right foot plantar intradermal injection the sigma complete Freund adjuvant 0.1ml copy adjuvant arthritis model. ⑵ in the first 12 days after modeling, In addition to the model group, the treatment group continuous medication for 14 days, and modeling and rats before and after medication generally measure the body weight of rats, with a volume measuring instrument measuring rat left hind foot volume, and recording the arthritis index observed the therapeutic effect of the drugs on the secondary lesions. Determination of serum TNF-a, IL-1, IL-4 levels (3) using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. (4) Application SPSS10.0 statistical software for statistical analysis. Conclusion: ⒈ this experiment confirmed: Shuxuetong can improve the general condition of the rats, relieve arthritis index and paw swelling, can reduce serum proinflammatory cytokines and raised anti-inflammatory cytokines, Shuxuetong injection treatment adjuvant arthritis has a significant effect ⒉ possible mechanism for the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis Shu Xue Tong Injection: Shuxuetong injection through the blood circulation thereby reducing the peripheral blood of inflammatory cells, dilation of blood vessels, improve microcirculation cytokine secretion by reducing IL-1, TNF-a secretion, thereby reducing the proinflammatory cytokines destruction of the synovial membrane and cartilage tissue, to improve the content of anti-inflammatory cytokines, Th1/Th2 equilibrium.
