Objective: To investigate coronary decoction on acute myocardial ischemia in rats with hyperlipidemia hyperlipidemia , ECG, serum markers of myocardial necrosis . Methods: Male Wistar rats were fed for seven days , with 20 % urethane 5ml/kg intraperitoneal injection of anesthesia, supine board fixed on the mouse , connect ECG recording limb Ⅱ ECG , ST segment close to the isoelectric line , T wave without flat, inverted or tall person can be selected. 60 were selected . It were randomly divided into six groups, namely blank control group, model control group, positive control group , coronary soup big dose group, middle dose group and coronary coronary soup soup low-dose group , n = 10 . Blank control group fed with normal diet , the other groups are high fat diet were fed 33 years beginning after gavage administration , once daily, continuous gavage for 4 weeks. Since three days before the last administration , in addition to the blank control group, model control group fed with distilled water , and the remaining four groups were orally administered subcutaneously after 30min ISO 5mg/kg, replication complex model of myocardial ischemia and blank control group 30min after gavage with distilled water equal volume of distilled water subcutaneously once daily for 3 consecutive days. The rats were injected subcutaneously in the last ISO and equal volume of distilled water 45min with 20 % urethane 5ml/kg, anesthetized by intraperitoneal injection , connecting ECG recording limb Ⅱ ECG . All animal after the last administration fasting 24h, eyeball blood , serum was prepared by centrifugation , for the determination of T-CHO, TG, HDL-C, LDL-C: CK, LDH-L spare . Results: Coronary soup can significantly reduce hyperlipidemia rat serum T-CH0, TG, LDL-C levels , but the serum HDL-C levels had no significant effect , significantly improved the isoproterenol -induced acute myocardial ischemia big rat ST segment elevation anomaly ; may significantly reduce the isoproterenol -induced myocardial injury in rat serum CK.LDH-L levels . Conclusion: This study confirmed coronary decoction on acute myocardial ischemia in rats with hyperlipidemia have a significant protective effect . The mechanism may be related to expansion of the coronary artery, coronary collateral circulation to promote an open , reducing the leakage of intracellular enzymes , antioxidant , reducing myocardial oxygen consumption, scavenging oxygen free radicals, inhibition of lipid peroxidation, such as the role nutrition ischemic myocardium about .
