Abstract


Outward Bound was originally a kind of physical, psychological, survival, teamwork-based military training. It is created by the German educator Curt Hurn, in the way of such training during World War II played an important role in World War II with its unique ideas and training methods are gradually promoting the development of military training to senior corporate leaders, corporate employees, government employees, school teachers, all the way to school students, until now, it swept the globe. Filling fresh blood to the course of middle school and serve for the physical training better.
