Abstract


With the rapid increase in the accelerated process of urbanization and urban motor vehicle ownership, control and treatment of motor vehicle pollutant emissions has become one of the urban environment, sustainable development problems to be solved. In order to understand the law of urban motor vehicle emissions, the study of urban traffic management and control strategies for motor vehicle emissions, the paper analysis and comparison of mature foreign motor vehicle emissions calculation model and proceed from China's national conditions, select the machine is suitable for developing countries EMU emissions calculation model - IVE model as the assessment and calculation of vehicle emission factors research tools, and on the basis of the original model of Wuhan city traffic and environmental situation carried out a large number of survey research and literature check cable at the same time the use of the measured emission data and mode calculated contrast for light vehicles in Wuhan regional correction factor, completed initial model of localization studies; addition, the use of the C language interface program on the the IVE model of re-programming and development, so that it has more versatility and portable ; This article also improve supplier bud development of urban traffic micro-simulation model, based on increased bus running model, dynamic path selection model and signal light timing optimization model, the model has a more realistic simulation capabilities and The accurate analytical ability; IVE and localized emission model coupled thereto, the traffic flow simulation platform of motor vehicle emission factors for various pollutants accurate assessment.
