The graduates of vocational colleges are the important power of the modern construction in China, and their quality would influence the transition level of science and technology, which could have an impact on the development of national industry and the modern progression. Therefore, the team of productive force must be of high technology and quality both in ability and political integrity. The ideological and political education of students should be strengthened when the skill training is highlighted. However, vocational colleges ignore the heavy loss of courtesy at the cost of paying too much attention to the skill training.Courtesy, by its nature, is a kind of moral education. Through the deep research, the scholars ensure that courtesy is the basic project of moral education, which can make it more effective on the contrary. The education courtesy, especially the learning system of courtesy course, has been new carriers to improve students’moral accomplishments in vocational colleges, and it has taken an essential task, which meets the eager demands of moral education.However, according to the present situation of courtesy teaching, vocational colleges ignore the moral points only to focus on the improvement of students’professional quality. For the lack of moral function, it is necessary to find new ways to advance the present situation, which can be conducted on the aspects of teaching orientation, scheme, aims, contents, methods and so on.This paper combines the loss of courtesy with the demands of talents cultivation, compares main problems of present situation, and finds a new way to better the courtesy to make the course become more functional, which can improve students’moral quality to meet more demands of the social market.
