Abstract


Objective: To observe Treats nasal drops in acute nasal - sinusitis treatment effect. Methods: 60 patients with acute nasal - sinusitis patients stratified random grouping method in accordance divided into treatment group of 30 patients and a control group of 30 patients, two groups were oral azithromycin dispersible tablets and nasosinusitis Tongqiao granules, the treatment group with nasal drops Treats the treatment seven days , before and after treatment in patients with symptoms and signs of improvement in the situation . Results: After statistical analysis , the treatment group was 86.7% in the control group was 83.3 %, respectively, the total effect was no significant difference (P gt; 0.05), two drugs for nasal congestion , nasal secretions, nasal congestion turbinate swelling , headache, hyposmia and other symptoms after treatment showed a significant improvement (P lt; 0.01), but the treatment group for nasal congestion , nasal secretions improvement than the control group (P lt; 0.01). Conclusion: Treats acute nasal drops nasal - sinusitis patients with nasal obstruction, nasal secretions and other major role in a significant improvement in symptoms and signs , greatly reducing patient discomfort of the time, can be used as acute nasal - sinusitis conventional topical medication.
