Abstract


Objective: aims of the correlation analysis between AECOPD TCM and specialty protein (C-reactive protein CRP and prealbumin PA) , seek AECOPD TCM syndrome with a combination of modern medicine indicators point to try to its dialectical parting provide objective basis to achieve the the TCM objective , microscopic , to give full play to the advantages of the prevention and treatment of disease in Chinese medicine . Methods : We collected 85 cases of AECOPD patients meet the inclusion criteria , record the patient's sex , age , body mass index , duration of disease, smoking history and other general symptoms, signs and conventional methods to detect CRP, PA , and the compilation of relevant data and statistics analysis explore AECOPD correlation between different TCM syndrome and general symptoms of variables and CRP , PA . Results : the AECOPD 's 15 symptoms variable differences ( P lt; 0.05 ) between the various syndromes ; the AECOPD patients between the different TCM syndromes value of CRP, PA differences ( P lt; 0.05 ) . Conclusion: In this study, summed up the 15 symptom variables can be used in AECOPD syndrome type in ; correlation between AECOPD patients with CRP and PA of its TCM type preliminary CRP and PA as its unified Syndrome type basis .
