Objective: To verify Yiqihuoxue through clinical observation the buck square the treatment of hypertension ( 2 ) the value and mechanism of left ventricular hypertrophy . Methods: clinical studies, hypertension ( 2 ) left ventricular hypertrophy QDBS patients were randomly divided into two groups, treatment group of 30 patients , to give Yiqihuoxue buck party associated with the Cozaar treatment ; control the group of 30 patients were treated with Cozaar treatment , treatment lasted for six months in both groups . RESULTS: The study found that the the Yiqihuoxue buck party associated with Cozaar can significantly improve the clinical symptoms , lowering blood pressure , reversal of left ventricular hypertrophy , efficacy compared with the control group , P lt ; 0.05 , a significant difference . Conclusion: Yiqihuoxue buck party in conjunction with Cozaar can significantly improve the patient's clinical symptoms , blood pressure, reversal of left ventricular hypertrophy .
