With the development of medical science and technology, public concern about the quality of life and the increasingly fierce market competition, drug development becomes more and more difficult. Pharmaceutical companies must develop their own intellectual capital, in the drug development effective application of knowledge to achieve knowledge effectiveness is maximized. Although some Chinese pharmaceutical companies have introduced drug development knowledge management, but an important part of knowledge management - knowledge sharing implementation is still in disorder and non-target state. That's right in the drug development process for knowledge sharing research has raised new demands. In this paper, knowledge-sharing and drug discovery combing the relevant literature, pointing out that drug development knowledge sharing research gaps and shortcomings, this study highlights the necessity and groundbreaking. Compared with the general product development, drug development process has deferred sex, stage, standards and other characteristics. Based on the drug development process and composition analysis of knowledge sources, depicting a knowledge-centric drug development processes, drug development environment to build a knowledge value chain, in-depth analysis of the drug development process, knowledge sharing mechanism. In the analysis of the rapidly changing external environment drug development and knowledge-sharing barriers, based on the proposed factors, knowledge sharing and drug R \u0026 D performance relational model. Using a combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis, theoretical analysis and empirical testing methods and means of combining discusses how pharmaceutical companies drug development by improving personal factors, organizational and technical factors, knowledge sharing to improve the drug development performance boost. And the main conclusions of this research are: (1) knowledge sharing environment factors, knowledge sharing, drug R \u0026 D performance systematic review of relevant studies to establish among the conceptual model and the corresponding assumptions; (2) use Fuzzy Delphi Method Performance Evaluation screening drug discovery, drug development process to establish knowledge sharing and its influencing factors of scale, and confirmed all have good reliability and validity, and laid the foundation for further research; (3) In introducing the data analysis method based on the order in Tianjin, Shanxi, Heilongjiang, Jiangsu Province, pharmaceutical companies for empirical research object, according to the survey data, using structural equation modeling analysis method to analyze it. The results showed that the object was taken reasonable investigation, the sample data were normally distributed, with a further analysis of the value of the structure model has better goodness of fit, proved in the drug development process of knowledge sharing key factors including self-efficacy, affective trust, cognitive trust, organizational structure, organizational learning and use of information technology, and knowledge sharing can effectively promote the successful implementation of drug development performance improvement.
