Objective: To study the original contact with acupoint clinical efficacy of mild vascular cognitive impairment , and looking for a new approach for the treatment of mild vascular cognitive impairment . Methods : 60 patients with mild vascular cognitive impairment were randomly divided into 2 groups : the treatment group, 30 patients in the control group of 30 patients . Treatment groups: the original contact with acupuncture method mainly oral Aricept six weeks of continuous treatment . Control group : simple oral Security application , six weeks of continuous treatment . The Blessed Behavior Scale (BBS) and vascular dementia TCM Syndrome Scale (SDSVD) patients before and after treatment with the Mini-Mental State Scale ( MMSE ) all the assessment times , both before and after treatment was measured homocysteine ??(HCY ).
