Abstract


Objective: To observe the oyster soup with mild to moderate stages of alcoholic liver disease hepatitis is a TCM syndromes of TCM spleen deficiency syndrome patients improve and AST, ALT, GGT index level to provide the necessary scientific basis for further research and clinical application of oyster soup . Method: select to come to treatment of alcoholic liver disease in patients with deficiency of the spleen of 60 cases . Test to take random positive drug test of parallel control method . 30 in each group , the treatment group taking oyster soup decoction treatment control group taking sunflower card liver tablets liver treatment course of three weeks , the treatment were observed before and after the symptom scores and AST, ALT, GGT index level changes . Results: After three weeks of treatment , the treatment group TCM syndrome score in the total efficiency of 90% ; total efficiency of the control group was 60% ; total effective rate in the treatment group than in the control group ( P lt; 0.01 ) ; two sets of AST, ALT, GGT have different degrees of reduction target levels before and after treatment , a significant difference ( P lt; 0.01 ) before and after the group between the two groups after treatment , AST, ALT, GGT target levels reduce both there are significant differences . Conclusion: This topic confirmed oyster soup can significantly improve symptoms of alcoholic hepatitis TCM spleen deficiency syndrome patients , significantly better than the control group of liver tablets .
