Objective: This project aims to observe TCM Comprehensive Treatment of nerve root type cervical spondylosis ( qi stagnation ) clinical efficacy, in order to further explore and understand the nerve root type cervical spondylosis pathological mechanisms , as well as traditional Chinese medicine combined therapy of the disease effects mechanism . Methods: 80 cases of cervical radiculopathy were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, treatment group, 40 patients received preparation techniques, mention neck rotation method combined meridians external application , TDP irradiation therapy ; control group of 40 patients received cervical traction and systematic observation of the preparation techniques, mention neck rotation method combined meridians external application , TDP irradiation on the nerve root type cervical spondylosis pain scores , and other indicators of difference in pain scores improve the situation. Results: The clinical observation showed that the treatment group, the total effective rate was 95.0 % in the control group, the total effective rate was 72.5%. Statistically, the two clinical total effective rate was significant difference (P lt; 0.05), indicating that the treatment group was significantly better than the control group . Conclusion: TCM combined therapy of nerve root type cervical spondylosis certainly worthy of promotion.
