Abstract


Purpose:In this project, we will study the clinical effect of Ping Gan Rou Jin treatment to treat cervical vertebral artery disease (liver yang) through clinical research, and explore its mechanism.Method:The project will collect the vertebral artery type of cervical disease (liver yang) and randomly divide them into treatment groups and control groups. Treatment groups will be taken by practiced acupuncture massage treatment of Ping Gan Rou Jin treatment, and the control group will be treated with oral medication, we get the final results through comparing the treatment effect of before and after.Result:After treatment, the treatment groups compared with the control group achieved good results. The total effective rate in treatment groups reached 94.45%, total effective rate of the control group reached 80.00%. By statistical analysis, clinical effect of treatment groups was significantly better than the control groups (p <0.01).Conclusion:Ping Gan Rou Jin manipulative therapy of vertebral artery type of cervical disease (liver yang) is safe and effective, with no side effects, and it is easily accepted by patients and is so worthy of promotion.
