Abstract


Research purpose of this topic by the influenza A (H1N1) Xinxing Street community residents KAP understand residents ' demand for health services and community prevention and control of influenza A (H1N1) work evaluation , designed to reveal the cognitive behavior of community residents Influenza A (H1N1) the impact of the factors flu prevention and control measures , and to provide information support and decision-making basis for communities to develop appropriate influenza prevention and control strategies . Research method of this subject in the literature search based on the design of the questionnaire , stratified sampling , extraction , Heping District, Tianjin Xinxing Street, 6 a total of 650 residents of the community , self-administered questionnaire to answer , and the use of descriptive analysis , chi-square testing and other statistical methods for statistical analysis of the survey data , the final combined the results of the research literature , the influenza community prevention and control measures . The findings residents of the community health service needs of medical institutions , ranked first is to improve physician skills , accounting for 53.73% , in second place is to improve the service attitude , accounting for 20.07% . Awareness of the residents of influenza A H1N1 influenza is 85.82% , and actively cope with the rate of 68.68% . Different ages , different occupations , different degrees of cultural awareness of the residents of the Influenza A (H1N1) , different ages , different genders residents positive response rate of influenza A (H1N1) by the chi-square test , P lt ; 0.05, differences statistically significant . 34.33% of the residents hope that the community use of television, radio , the Internet and other ways to strengthen influenza prevention and control , health education , and 32.67% of the residents of home visits by community physicians , 21.06% of the residents tend to expert lectures . 24.05% of the residents of that community outbreak information revealed is not enough time , a full , true . 38.64% of the population suffer from high blood pressure , diabetes , gastrointestinal disease , and other chronic diseases . The conclusions to raise the level of community medical institutions in the prevention and control of influenza ; strengthen health education to residents in the prevention and treatment of influenza ; implementation of the rights and obligations of residents in the prevention and control of influenza ; to improve residents classification electronic health records .
