Abstract


[Objective] Jinan is known as \is unique in the world of natural karst springs museum. Jinan springs rich in a large number of trace elements, minerals are very rich, you can supplement the lack of trace elements in the human body, in order to achieve enhanced immunity, disease prevention, longevity effect. The spring collection Jinan four large Quanqun kind of spring water quality testing, test results and longevity of a single county of mineral water for analysis and evaluation of relevant indicators to understand the minerals in mineral springs in Jinan, and to explore the springs and health relationship. [Method] 1. Survey collected Baotu Quanqun, Heihuquan Quanqun, zhenzhuquan Quanqun, five Longtan Quanqun four famous springs spring samples. Single county mineral water direct sampling. (2) Sampling method springs gushing mouth with polyethylene plastic barrel direct sampling instantaneous water samples can not be collected at the gushing springs can be directly placed in the sampler 0.3-0.5 meters below the surface samples collected 2 points parallel to each point sample. Water samples collected immediately after the container tightly closed, good label affixed sent to the laboratory testing. 3 detection method based on GB/T8538-2008 \zinc, iodide, silicic acid, selenium, total 16 for analysis. 4. Evaluation basis: 1.GB8537-2008 \a mineral water projects, GB8537-2008 \potassium, sodium, calcium, magnesium, fluoride, bicarbonate total of 10 items. According to GB8537-2008 \regulations. Jinan spring water samples four Quanqun lithium, strontium content are in line with GB8537-2008 \Other projects are in line with the standards. Jinan four Quanqun and single counties have reached the mineral water mineral requirements. [Conclusion] Jinan springs with mineral water unpolluted single county, belong to high-quality natural mineral water springs in Jinan four and a single county mineral water samples contain many essential minerals, especially strontium, selenium abundant. The results illustrate a number of useful single county mineral water mineral content than Jinan Baotu Quanqun watery, but fluorine content of more than, but still more conducive to a single county mineral promote human health. In this thesis, the main features and innovations: 1. Jinan Baotu group analyzed water samples and a single county in a number of mineral water, mineral water sample index, through the analysis of these indicators to understand the Jinan and mineral water in the detection of a single county minerals content. 2 By comparing Jinan Baotu group with a single county water samples detected in samples of mineral water mineral content. And the proportion of the population through a single county longevity than Jinan prove a single county in the promotion of human health is better than mineral water Jinan Baotu group of springs.
