Abstract


As an important part of the personal computer network communication, wireless networks have set off a new wave of mobile computing in the present and future social life will be widely used. The algorithm and its QoS performance quantitative analysis of wireless network access is an important theoretical basis and supporting technical research and application of computer networks and communication systems, but also at home and abroad in recent years, one of the hotspots. The history of the development of wireless network technology, is an innovative process. With the advance of broadband wireless access network and the 3rd generation mobile communication network (3G) technology, wireless network access protocols, the theoretical basis of the correlation algorithm theoretical basis is need for further research, improved and perfected. The radio access network quality of service is still in the beginning stage, the latest standard has not yet put forward a viable and reliable solution. In addition to the quantitative analysis of the radio access network quality of service performance is a new research topic. This thesis for wireless network access backoff algorithm, channel allocation algorithm AP load balancing algorithm, control strategic access algorithm and GPRS packet call admission control algorithm and QoS performance of system analysis and system studies. The main research work includes the following five aspects: 1. Based on the IEEE 802.11 DCF propose a p 'probability backoff algorithm P PBA and algorithm performance quantitative analysis. P PBA algorithm according to the network load information to dynamically modify contention window value, effectively reducing the probability of collisions, improve and perfect the IEEE 802.11 standard CSMA / CA protocol. Simulation results show that P PBA algorithm to maintain a smaller access delay, while maintaining high throughput and improve network performance. Channel is not reliability, and user's mobile sex, to assess the current use of the performance of the channel, the channel \modeling QoS performance of the new algorithm. Experiment compared with the IEEE 802.11 standard protocol, the performance of the algorithm is more stable and efficient. 3.
