Abstract


The 17-18 century Qing Dynasty grassroots social system of grass-roots organizations , to study the control method of the crime and deviant behavior in society at that time . In order to achieve the study purpose , the construction of grassroots organizations in the Qing Dynasty angle of the the 17-18 century Qing Dynasty grassroots society crime control theory of social control , from a system perspective . The full text of the main body discusses the total is divided into five chapters : The first chapter describes the history of the the Qing Dynasty grassroots social characteristics and grass-roots organizations . From a sociological point of view , the analysis of the complex social structure of the Qing Dynasty grassroots closed geo and affinity ; Chapter the elaborate baojia system of the Qing Dynasty in the early development organizations baojia and baojia organizations responsibilities analyzed the role of the the baojia organization in maintaining public order and social crime prevention ; Chapter Township regulatory constraints and control , as well as towns about deviance and crime organization in the Qing Dynasty in the early development and Township about organization has the primary judicial functions ; Chapter IV for the the family crime control measures on the control of the criminal acts of a positive family functions as well as clan regulations ; Chapter evaluated this period grassroots social crime control system at the time active role and historical limitations . The same time , on the inspiration of today's social crime prevention system construction , that is to build a social security defense system , to promote social and moral construction , and the establishment of community correction system .
