Abstract


Since the start of the periodical industry, China have a century in the experience characterized by quantity expansion high-speed development after, entered the win by quality steady development period. Nowadays, project planning becomes each big periodical competition focus.“New weekly”journal planning field as leader, itself has the special research value. This paper USES case analysis method and in combination with case analysis and theoretical interpretation, from the Angle of public expression, studies its most distinctive project planning, in order to give periodical industry and theorists bring certain reference value and significance.This paper first part of "new weekly" for the development of general introduction and publications situation; The second part of a detailed analysis of the characteristics and the project planning for the embodiment of the public value; The third part of the express stylistic perspective from the new weekly two main stylistic -- depth reporting and analysis; editorial. The final part of the research indicates that more than attempts to "new weekly" project planning some existing problems and puts forward some corresponding countermeasures of thinking and ascension.
