This paper discusses the technology of mass customization based on a systematic study of mass customization, configuration modeling, expression and execution control theory and methods. Trying to be able to establish mass customization-oriented integrated information system in the whole process of design, manufacture and sales service product lifecycle. This paper focuses on the product family modeling methods and implementation techniques, customer demand-driven product configuration design method to study how to set up the agile supply chain and the exchange of information between customers, manufacturers and suppliers are given agile supply chain, manufacturing operations management techniques and application methods.
