Abstract


In recent years , the focus of foreign language teaching as the center \Teachers are also increasingly concerned about the student as an individual 's performance in the classroom . In the second language acquisition process , learners and access to information in a different way . Therefore, it gradually became aware of the individual differences between learners that affect second language acquisition success is an important factor . Learning styles, as an important part of the individual differences has been a growing number of foreign language teachers and researchers' attention . So far, most researchers have focused on college students from the perspective of cognitive learning style . The author of this article from perceptual learning style research tendency of Chinese high school students ' learning styles . In order to find the relationship between the Chinese high school students ' English grades and perceptual learning style , the author was in the Panshan high school students in an English academic and perceptual learning style . In this study, Reid ( 1987 ) perceptual learning style questionnaire and English which the test scores of 124 first year high school students learning styles . And analyzed. The results show that Chinese students tend to a variety of learning styles . In general, the Chinese high school students tend to a variety of learning styles, for example , visual, auditory, hands-on , experience , more individual , group learning style . Their favorite auditory learning , experiential learning and hands-on learning style . Learning style influence on the English scores . Good scores tend to a variety of learning styles . Like the highest achievements of the students hands-on learning style . Therefore , we conclude that perceptual learning style and high school English academic related , the teacher should timely adjust teaching strategies to match different learning styles , students should also give full play to their own learning style , weaknesses .
