Abstract

Predicate-complement Structure is one kind of important syntax structure. In ancient China , it could express some complex contents through own structural style. To modern Chinese, this structure continued to develop, but actually directly originates from the modern Chinese predicate structure. Therefore, it occupies very important position in the modern Chinese grammar research. Even to say that this makes up the structure of the modern Chinese. The language materials of this article is"Modern Chinese Material in Song Dynasty Volume".This article will state makes up the structure to divide into prefers the type, to move hastens the type and“V (O)”states makes up the structure three big types to carry on the analysis. This article altogether divides into five parts. The first part is an introduction, the main introduction states makes up the structure the concept, the type and the range of study and the research significance. The second part is prefers the type to state makes up the structure. This part mainly divides into two big aspects: The first aspect is the verb prefers the type for the complement to state makes up the structure, selected“decide”,“live”and“see”three characters to set an example conducts the research. Through its form, the semantic direction, with the subjects and predicates and the compound structure’s difference, the exterior function and the syntax characteristic carries on the analysis. On the other hand is the adjective prefers the type for the complement to state makes up the structure, the selection“opens”the character to set an example conducts the research. On the one hand the research mainly carries on through the tabulation form. Through summarizes regarding the form analysis this states makes up the structure the form characteristic.
