Abstract


Usually characteristic of the modern Chinese cities: the area of ??population and urbanization both continued dramatic growth, an increase in commercial and industrial center, the speed, the growth in car ownership rate than population growth. So the traffic jams began to appear, initially in the big cities, and then spread to the small and medium-sized cities. The urban transport has become the hot issues of general concern to the masses of society on to leadership.
