Since reform and opening up, China’s economy is gradually connecting with the convention of the world economy, including the planned economic system changing into a market economic transition. In a market economy, the introduction of administrative directives intervention in the economy is not suitable for economic development. Therefore, in recent years, we constantly use fiscal policy and monetary policy for macroeconomic regulation and control, and fiscal policy played an important role in it. Then what role in the macro-control has fiscal policy played? Is fiscal policy effective and appropriate? Out of these problems, we can provide a theoretical analysis and policy recommendations for the new round of taxation reformThe main study carries out along four directions: Firstly, we give the introduction. Secondly determine our optimal level of overall tax burden in our country. Thirdly, it is important to examine the effects of fiscal policy and the track it works on by econometric analyses. Fourthly, according to economic theory, different taxes have different effects on macroeconomic and therefore it is necessary to examine the effects of different kinds of taxes and the track they work on by econometric analyses. Lastly, this paper examines the effects of fiscal policy adopted during business cycles by econometric analyses.In the 1st chapter, we introduce the significance of the title, and the status quo of macro tax regulation and control since reform and opening up, and then look back to the tax reforms and tax and expending policies which our country has put in force, ultimately we give the motive and the content of this paper.
