Abstract


In recent years, the corporate social responsibility realize topic aroused the attention of all circles of the society, the author also with great interest, designed paper named corporate social responsibility, so as to realize mechanism research published his humble opinion. This paper is divided into three parts, the first part elaborated realization mechanism corporate social responsibility of the general principle, including corporate social responsibility realization mechanism of the meaning and characteristics, value, theoretical foundation, function, etc. This paper the second part content is to achieve the company society responsibility, this part of the specific mechanism, on the one hand, and divided into two small introduced corporate social responsibility internal realization mechanism, including worker participation system, bank intervention system, the system of independent directors; Another part of writing is corporate social responsibility external realization mechanism, including stakeholders participate in the company management and social supervision and the two system. This paper mainly in the third part of our corporate social responsibility, the present situation of implementation mechanism is discussed the contents of this part is in the current corporate social responsibility realization mechanism present situation and the existence question. Part four main discusses corporate social liabilities are perfect realization mechanism suggestion, in order to fully realize the social responsibility must establish a complete social responsibility, law system, perfecting the realization corporate social responsibility concrete system, formulating to China’s national conditions, strengthening the social responsibility standard of social supervision mechanism, perfecting violation of corporate social responsibility multivariate lawsuit mechanism. Require the company to bear the corresponding social responsibility is not only a sustainable social and economic development, but also the inevitable result of economic and social harmonious development of the important guarantee. In fact this is not just a theoretical problem, more important is the practical need. To fully realize the social responsibility, must establish rational and effective social responsibility realization mechanism. It includes the realization mechanism of legal level of moral and includes two aspects realization mechanism, only two coordination and cooperation can urge the company actively social responsibility. But the reality is that our country’s existing corporate social responsibility realization mechanism not perfect, this needs us based on the objectives of the actual situation, combining basic conditions for its adjusting and added. Perfect our corporate social responsibility realization mechanism, need devoted considerable manpower and material resources, need each department joint participation, this is a long-term and arduous task. In design corresponding regulations, it shall to the interests of the company as the link, and give full play to the function of guidance law, and guide the company actively undertake proper social responsibility, make the company become a social responsibility movement best-of-breed i-security undertaker. Only in this way can we realize the coordinated development of the company and the society, so as to promote the sustainable economic and social development.
