Impelling the agribusiness management is the main aspect of agriculture development in China, and it is also an outlet of solving the "farming-farmer-countryside problem". By analysis the enterprises, household and governments, this paper try to exploit the evolution of agribusiness in our country through the Game Theory analysis method. This paper will introduce four agribusiness stages and their features, it also indicates the stage of our agribusiness stays, figure out the direction of propelling the industrialization and put forward practical proposals.Since there is the presentation of agribusiness specifically, many researchers put their strength on the concept, connotation and the developing mode of agribusiness, and emphases the market system, in another words, it is a kind of planar research, but few is longitudinal research which uses Game Theory to analysis agribusiness. Therefore, it is difficult to justify the agribusiness situation and its developing direction. Meanwhile, in available research, the analysis on agribusiness production and the deduction of development relate little with tridimensional aspects, this made it difficult to hold the developing trend of agribusiness. Our country implements socialism market economy, and under such circumstance, we mention much about the institution effect of developing market economy, and to study agribusiness issues in China, without doubt that considering about the institution elements is necessary but not refer to analysis competitive market only, to research the institution means to research the behavior of the subject that under this institution, anyhow the research on this aspect is short. This paper believes that to establish a kind of institution, especially to build a kind of institution which can bring in vitality, it needs to meet all the requirements of all the social behavioral subjects and the principle of the proper resources disposition, and it also needs to adapt to the environmental factor( productivity, personal belief, history condition, personal desire, personal quality, etc.),that means only if the institution got the acceptance of the society, and it consider with the informality restraints, can the institution work then. And sometimes, the institution performs as a kind of equivalence, but the restraints of the institutions will changed by time, so the equivalence is broken up, it will start another round of Game Theory, and then we perfect it for another time till the equivalence researched again.Farmer household and enterprises are the main part to impel agribusiness development, and the evolution between them is the basis of agribusiness evolution, and the government plays an important role during this period. Therefore, this paper analysis the acts of farmer household, enterprises, and government. And the result shows that, all of them are rational behavior subject, though it is restricted by related conditions. And agribusiness is the result of their game playing, and various game balance matches various agribusiness mode, and the skip of equivalence is the evolution of agribusiness, so various equivalence draw the development stage of agribusiness. And according to the game playing analysis result, this paper indicates that, there are "four stages" evolution rules in agribusiness development, and every step has its own features.The first stage is "enterprises+ farmer household".
