Abstract


This study is about airline passenger service. This article attempts to analysis the domestic and foreign environment of China’s airlines and from the three aspects of the company, industry and foreign markets, using of empirical analysis and empirical analysis method, drawing up the specific strategy, the company must take all measures to reduce operating costs; do a good job within the industry restructuring, integration of resources, play air transport industry, economies of scale and network effects; in the international market, the company should actively with international standards, to seize the opportunity to quickly integrate into the international airline alliance organization.. About joining the strategic alliance, proving an alliance’profit is greater than their profits and when the non-aligned with a specific model. In another side, try to use the Nash equilibrium distribution of profits league to resolve the distribution of benefits.
