Abstract


Along with the rapid development of domestic urban rail transit industry, EPC project of the signal system, which is the key system ensuring the safety and efficiency for entire urban rail transit operation, has become more and more. The paper enter on the planning management for EPC multi-project of urban rail transit signal system, aim at improving the multi-project plan management ability and the executive capability for signal system multi-projects from enterprise level, so as to enhance the benefit for enterprise.The paper face to the planning method of schedule, resource and communication for signal system multi-project, based on related plans of signal system single project, with the management mode of certain company, start from the difficulty and importance analysis, study the main content and basic procedure of the various plans, and combined with practice, draw main conclusions as followings:1. Based on the detailed 4-levels schedule of signal system single project, to coordinate among the functional departments for multi-project schedules, get the agreement and support from related personal. Focus on the main impact facts, specially the schedule change of overseas technical partner and the localization partner, update and release the schedule periodically or aperiodically. Before the key tasks start, make the independent detailed schedule for them;2. For the four kinds of resource, i.e. human, documentation, equipment, tools and instrument, make the relative plan according to schedule and RAM. The resource in the project and multi-project, specially the key resource, has to be fully shared and timely transferred, resource plan will be updated with schedule, and remain some reserve to avoid use the resource assigned to other task, when it faces the resource shortage;3. To ensure the communication be timely and exactly, define the detailed object, channel, pattern and content. Build the‘Issue Logs’, to log and follow-up the project issues. Establish the meeting mechanism with every party. Using the flexible communication pattern such as videophone conference and internet, to realize the coordination and the plan as a whole.The paper come from reality, research on the planning method for schedule, resource and communication of EPC multi-project of urban rail transit signal system, and also from the integration management perspective, present some important points and basic procedures. There is the realistic significance for domestic enterprise in multi-project management of signal system.
