Abstract


With the comprehensive and rapid development of China's economic construction , environmental problems showing unprecedented complexity and new , has increasingly become the constraints of economic and social development . Environmental administrative law enforcement as an important means of the environment, the rule of law is the most important way to achieve environmental laws . China 's environmental administrative law enforcement situation is not optimistic , and how to strengthen the environmental administrative law enforcement , how to improve the effectiveness of the environmental administrative law enforcement work to become an urgent problem . The primary means of the government to protect the environment is the environmental administration, rely mainly on environmental administrative law enforcement . This paper through the analysis of the basic theory of China 's environmental administrative law enforcement , and start from the status quo of China 's environmental administrative law enforcement around the problems of China 's environmental administrative law enforcement reasons and problems of rational thinking , on this basis , to learn from foreign environmental administrative the successful experience of the law enforcement , legal countermeasures proposed to solve our environmental problems of administrative law enforcement , to build a set of administrative enforcement system to adapt to the environment for the development of the times to play a certain role in paving the way to contribute to tangible improvements in the status quo of China 's environmental administrative law enforcement .
