Abstract


Executive compensation is illegal implementation of the administrative body administrative acts , violation of the legitimate rights and interests relative to damages caused by the State assumed a liability. Administrative compensation system can be traced back to 1946 's \After the founding of New China in 1954, China promulgated the \January 1, 1995 China promulgated and implemented the \Nevertheless, our Constitution 's provisions are too Administrative Compensation System principles operational in practice difficult . So the research administrative compensation system, not only has a practical significance, but is bound to have a profound impact . This paper mainly of administrative compensation system by listing the existing executive compensation too narrow , the program is unclear, is too low and other issues, and propose improvement initiatives in order to achieve our current executive compensation system improvement purposes.
