Abstract


With the development of reform in electrical power system and the implementation of separating auxiliary business from the main business, power business is gaining more attention from all walks of life and its supervision from society tends to be strict. On the other hand, smart grid is being constructed in an all round way. The facts mentioned above are not only challenges but opportunities for the development of power companies. In order to embrace challenges, seize opportunities, fit the trend of society development and enhance the core competence of the enterprise, Wujiang Power Supply Company should make strategy for development based on the theory of scientific outlook on development and its real situation of the operation rules of smart grid and Wujiang Power Supply Company itself. Wujiang Power Supply Company should continue to increase the share of green power in the end-user energy consumption market so as to ensure its sustainable developmentBased on the real situation of Wujiang Power Supply Company itself and under the guidance of scientific thought of strategy management, this paper aims to enhance the core competence of Wujiang Power Supply Company to ensure its sustainable development through summarizing the theoretic system of strategy management. This paper serves to make development strategy in the aspect of the development of grid, flow chart of production, human resource and so on by collecting and analyzing data from power business and Wujiang Power Supply Company, comprehensively using the basic theory, method and tool of strategy management, adopting the research method of integrating theory with practice and integrating quantity and quality, comprehensively analyzing the outside and inside environment of Wujiang Power Supply Company, defining opportunity and threat and objectively valuating advantages and disadvantages. The key points in implementing the strategy are put forward to guide the company how to seize opportunity and speed up development in the complex market full of competition. Besides, to ensure its effective implement, this paper put forward safeguard measures in six aspects, such as concept change, resource optimization and structure adjustment, etc.
