Abstract


Manufacturing Execution System, which is the tache connecting the layer of planning and the layer of process controlling, can improve the capability of monitor and management of enterprises. The assembly process is regarded as the studing focus, a visual MES for assembly process and its key techniques are studying in this paper.Process modeling is an important part of visual MES for assembly process. By analyzing the current modeling techniques, Hybrid Timed Colored Petri Net is used to model and analyze the process of assemebly, and by an instance, this method is proved effective for modeling, analyzing and optimizing the process of assembly.The scheduling problem of visual MES for the process of assembly is a typical multi-objective optimization problem. Aiming at MES for the assembly process of distributed manufacturing environment, a layered scheduling optimazition theory based on the pattern of production union is put forward. the scheduling theory is researched from three optimazition layers which including the establishing enterprise union, optimazition of assembly process of hegemonic enterprise and optimaztion scheduling of suppliers, and the relevant optimazition model and target function are built, then the resolvent process based on Analytic Hierarchy Process and improved Particle Swarm Optimization is designed, and the validity is proved by an instance.After analyzing the configuration BOMs (containing product BOM, planning BOM, resource BOM, process BOM and manufacturing BOM) for flexible assemebly line, the mechanism of multi-BOM mapping based on process BOM is put forward. Then the method of information statistic based on multi-BOM system is brought forward.Visual MES for gear-box assembly line is put forward after studying its the techniques , and its whole model including its net layout, usecase model, database model and class model are built, and aiming at a certain enterprise, the visual MES for the process of gear-box assembly is developed.
