Abstract

With the rapid development of economy and society, both enterprises ’interior system and exterior environment are in the condition of dynamic movement. The tremendous change of environment and strengthen of out-of-order about system makes enterprises face a lot of infinite uncertainties, we can also call the phenomenon risk aggrandizement. This situation compels enterprise change the risk management from risk preventing to the whole monitoring and managing about run course of risk system. Therefore, deepen the research on the enterprise risk conduction mechanism will help to know and grasp rules and principle of the whole dynamic course which risk influences enterprise. All of these will do good to control and manage enterprise risk more effectively. The research of enterprise risk has significant theoretic and practical value.The dissertation along with a special logic researching way: basic concept of enterprise risk conduction——key conducting factors——risk conducting course——characteristics and rules of risk conducting course——measuring conduction situation risk managing strategy. It synthetically uses modern risk management theory, system theory and econometrics to process the systemic research on enterprise risk management from aspect of dynamic conducting course. Through the analysis and research, this dissertation establishes flow chart of enterprise risk conduction, defines the concept of key conducting factors such as risk conducting resource, conducting path, conducting carrier, conducting net, critical value of risk and so on, induces the characteristics and rules of the whole risk conduction, discusses the risk managing strategy.The whole framework of the dissertation shows as follow.Chapter 1 is introduction of dissertation. In this chapter, it introduces researching objective, researching background, researching significance, researching content and researching method. Chapter 2 mainly introduces two kinds of most popular risk theory genre at the present time, Heinrich’s Domino Theory and Energy Release Theory. The research fixes on the researching way according to the above risk theory. Chapter 3 is the research about definition of enterprise risk conduction’s concept and lots of key conducting factors. It firstly introduces concept and characteristic of risk and enterprise risk. Basing on the introduction, the chapter defines the concept of enterprise risk conduction. Then, it analysis the key conducting factors in the course of risk conduction gradually. At last, it summarizes the characteristics of enterprise risk conduction and classifies the enterprise risk conduction. Chapter 4 is a detailed analysis about enterprise risk conduction. It defines logic relation among every key conducting factor in the course of risk conduction. This chapter tries to describe the risk conducting course with mathematics language from three aspects such as releasing of risk, conducting of risk, forming of risk subsystem and risk coupling. Chapter 5 mainly pays more attention to the characteristics and rules of enterprise risk conduction. It regards enterprise risk conduction as a whole economic system, concludes the dissipation characteristic of the risk system, deduces the cooperation mechanism and coupling effect among the risk subsystems during the risk conduction, and discusses the time rule, intensitynile, direction rule and complexity rule finally. Chapter 6 identifies the enterprise risk conduction from the aspect of enterprise’ operating flow. It divides enterprise risk into exterior environment risk and interior system risk. Combined with basic operating flow of enterprise, it describes representation characteristic and forming mechanism of enterprise risk concretely. Chapter 7 tries to establish evaluating index collection about measuring enterprise conducting situation. Basing on it, the chapter uses econometrics method to evaluate risk associated degree of risk gene and enterprise risk conducting situation. Chapter 8 is an applied research of enterprise risk managing strategy basing on the conducting course. According to the above analysis of enterprise risk conducting course, it puts forward three kinds of typical risk managing strategy. Chapter 9 is sum-up of the dissertation and expectation of the research.
